I tend to find it hard to dress up in the middle of winter because actually being warm is a high priority of mine. This outfit really caters to a comfy, warm but interesting look. The long jeans keep your legs warm and with a leather or bomber jacket on top it is a perfect going out outfit for the colder months! Not to mention having a shimmery dress over the top of a jeans and t-shirt outfit really adds a point of interest.

I recently went on a trip to Japan and when I was in Tokyo, I had a good shopping day in Harajuku. It was a bit cold so i went with a puffer jacket and mesh top underneath to keep warm. Some of my favourite stores were Kinji for vintage clothing and XLARGE for street fashion.

Patchwork on denim is crazy popular right now and I’m in love with the style. They add a cool element to otherwise boring jeans and elevate a casual look!

I love to mix up harsh colours and fabrics with softer materials. A light crochet top with a structured leather jacket is the perfect mix for a night out!

It’s the middle of semester, things get busy and outfits start to get lazy. As much as I’d like to wear my pjs to uni, I try to use two minutes the night before to put something a bit more than that together. You need to be comfortable in long classes and you never know what the temperature is going to be like in the lecture theatres so I like to stick to loose fitting layers. Warmth and comfort are key!
