Folegandros | Greece

Folegandros was a beautiful small island with a quaint little town and beaches scattered around the island.

Chora was the main town on the island and it was packed with beautiful stores and restaurants. For an island with only 600 residents, it was one of the most interesting little towns I have visited so far!

The beaches we frequently visited were Agkali beach and Agios Nikolaos which were connected by a little boat or alternatively, a little hike along the coast which was beautiful. There was a fantastic tavern in between that is definitely worth a visit!

Another beach worth visiting is the tiny beach of Katergo which you can only get to by boat. They come about every hour so you can choose when to go and return! It was a tiny little beach with about 20 people scattered on the shore.

Folegandros is known for its hilltop Church, which I had a beautiful view of from my hotel room!
